Delivery time and shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 5:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Once you make a purchase, we will send you a confirmation email. This contains your order number, which you can use to check the status of your purchase. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive another email with details of your purchase. Orders in the USA placed with Delivery Pharmacy Online before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next working day, except for the Wadden Islands due to boat transport that can lead to delays. UPS and USPS ensures safe and fast delivery. If you spend more than $300 in our Store, shipping within the US is free.

Delivery of your orders
To receive your order, you must be at home on the delivery day. If you are not at home, the order will be resubmitted several times, depending on the carrier. If you are still not at home, the delivery person will try to deliver it to the neighbours or take it to a nearby collection point. The delivery person always lets you know where your package is via a note. Delivery Pharmacy Online takes care of delivery to the collection point, after which it is your responsibility to collect it.
